Lecture Course Abstract:

Performing a thorough crime scene reconstruction typically involves the examination and review of a multitude of materials, to include crime scene documentation, evidence examination, review of laboratory analysis and autopsy/medical reports and photographs, etc. But how frequently are crime scene analysts requesting BWC recordings as part of that review? This lecture will discuss multiple cases where BWC recordings were utilized following examination of other materials (in an LSU fashion) to shed light on crime scene details and how those recordings were used to support specific conclusions, and guard against errors and overstatements.

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
