Laboratory Efficiency Assessment

Ensuring efficient operation and workflow is paramount to fulfilling increasing demands. Whether you require an assessment of your overall laboratory workflow, or prefer a review of independent operations within your laboratory, we will objectively assess your overall efficiency and identify areas for potential improvement. By generating an efficiency assessment report, we will assist you with optimizing time and resources within your organization to meet customer needs.

Cold Case
Review

Forensic science capabilities continue to expand, and in many cold cases there is often physical evidence capable of being analyzed with current examination techniques. We will review your entire cold case, to include evidence logs, examination procedures performed, and crime scene processing. At the completion of our review, we will identify any items of evidence which may be viable for further examination purposes, and conduct independent examinations or facilitate laboratory connections for your organization.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Reviews

“Always being inquisitive, Nikki continues to seek all available avenues for effective forensic science protocol and its associated quality assurance.”

“…her engaged and robust enthusiasm continues to demonstrate that she has a strong desire to supplement her current knowledge and maintain a firm commitment towards appropriate scientific methodology.”

Jon Stimac
Forensic Scientist – Oregon State Police

“I’ve had the pleasure to work with Nikki as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pacific Northwest Division of the International Association for Identification.  Nikki is one of the most capable people I have ever had the opportunity to work with.  She has demonstrated herself to be organized, creative and a great leader.  At our recent conference I had the opportunity to attend her class Analysis without Paralysis and was thoroughly impressed with the training, which incorporated text in answers for instant class feedback.  It was an excellent way to encourage class participation and incorporate technology in learning.”

Heather VanDeGrift
CLPE, PNWD-IAI President, Supervisor/Quality Manager Seattle Police Department Latent Print Unit

“I had the pleasure of working with Nikki on several cases when we worked for the same agency.  Her work was always impartial and accurate.  I knew when I was using results from her that the conclusions would stand up to the scrutiny of the legal process.”

Patrick Altiere
Detective – Washington County Sheriff’s Office
